At least 3 women were injured in a shooting in South Los Angeles

At least three women between the ages of 50 and 55 were shot in South Los Angeles, and a fourth person suffered undisclosed injuries, police said.

SOUTH LOS ANGELES (KABC) — Police and paramedics responded Wednesday to a report of at least three women shot in South Los Angeles.

The shooting was reported just after 3 p.m. in the area of ​​the 400 block of W. 74th Street.

Paramedics treated three women with apparent gunshot wounds and a fourth patient with undisclosed injuries.

Police say the victims appear to be women between the ages of 50 and 55.

Initial reports describe them as being in moderate condition.

Police were recording a crime scene from the street. At least two vehicles at the scene appear to have sustained gunshot damage. One sedan had multiple bullet holes along the side body and at least two in the windshield.

Investigators are looking for a car that fled the scene.
