SUV driver loses control, rams into shop in UP’s Mau — Viral video

A video of an accident has emerged from Uttar Pradesh’s Mau district where a Mahindra Scorpio driver mistakenly hit the accelerator instead of the brake and the car crashed into a tire shop. During the incident, two people were reported injured.

A video of the incident, widely shared on social media, shows the SUV suddenly losing control and plowing into the store. In the next scene, it could be seen that the worker, who was in the process of preparing an invoice, and another boy sitting next to him, quickly fell backwards to avoid being hit. They suffered minor injuries, the accident causing significant damage to the store.

Toddler crushed by SUV in Agra

In a similar incident that emerged from Uttar Pradesh’s Agra district, an 18-month-old girl died after a car accidentally hit her in a mall parking lot. The incident occurred when the girl’s parents were loading some shopping items from a trolley into their car. In the middle of this, the little boy ran to the other side of the vehicle and was hit by another car.

According to the Times of India report, the incident took place on August 6. Jaideep Thakur, his wife Shivani, their son Rishabh, 10, and their daughter Rudrika, 18 months, went to the mall. Jaideep’s father also joined them for shopping.

CCTV footage that was placed at the scene shows Jaideep and Shweta transferring items from a shopping cart to a bag near the boot of their car, while their children Rishabh and Rudrika were playing nearby. Rudrika moved to the other side and was hit by the front tire of an oncoming car. The car stopped and her mother rushed to pick her up.
