(NewsNation) – Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, the attorney for new accuser Sean “Diddy” Combs, says she was contacted about “selling one of Diddy’s tapes.”

Mitchell-Kidd did not reveal who was in the video, but said Combs and someone “higher profile” could be seen in the pornographic tape.

“There have already been tape leaks around Hollywood, but a certain person contacted me to buy a certain video,” Mitchell-Kidd said on “Banfield” on Friday. “I realize the video was pornographic. This was in his home in Atlanta and apparently the person is not watching the video. To me, it doesn’t look like that person knows they’re being filmed.”

Mitchell-Kidd also revealed gruesome details about an alleged rape that took place between Combs and one of her new clients in 2018. According to Mitchell-Kidd, her client filed a police report at that time.

“She contacted me a few weeks ago. She called me and told me about her attack and her escape,” Mitchell-Kidd said. “He was at a friend’s house who had connections in the industry, and Diddy decided to come over.”

Mitchell-Kidd said her client learned Combs planned to sex traffic her once she arrived.

“He had her served a drink. She started to feel dizzy. Combs sexually assaulted her with an inanimate object. … And then he directed another gentleman to sexually assault her while he watched and pleasured himself,” Mitchell-Kidd said.

Mitchell-Kidd said her client was able to escape by running into the street. A neighbor would have witnessed the escape.

Diddy case: Rappers, stars and others worried about ‘Diddy files’

The federal investigation into Combs has revealed several disturbing allegations against the music mogul, who is currently in a New York City jail awaiting his day in court.

The music producer was indicted last week on three felony charges following months of speculation about a possible federal investigation that could be related to a series of civil lawsuits for sexual abuse and assault by multiple victims over a period of over 30 years.

Since the indictment, several high-profile voices have come forward against Combs, and another alleged victim has come forward, bringing the 11th lawsuit filed against him.

Who else could be charged in Diddy’s investigation?

Following his arrest, Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, issued a statement asking the public to reserve judgment until all the facts are known and noting that Combs has cooperated with the investigation.

“He’s an imperfect person, but he’s not a criminal,” he said.
