Scaramucci trashes Trump on Don Lemon’s show during presser

Don Lemon did a live stream of his show on YouTube while the former president of Donald Trump press conference on Thursday, and his guest – Anthony Scaramucci — didn’t have glowing feedback for his former boss.

Scaramucci served as Trump’s communications director for 11 days, but also worked on the former president’s campaign before that. He has since become a critic of Trump, and his disapproval was evident during Lemon’s show.

Earlier, Scaramucci offered his candid assessment of Trump’s performance and personal attacks on the vice president Kamala Harris in real time, he asked Lemon, “You’re not on the network anymore, right?” and if he was “allowed to speak” freely. Lemon assured him, “You can say whatever the hell you want.”

Then the Mooch let loose:

What I said before the show started, it’s not a racist white cracker because it’s too orange for that. So he’s kind of a Ritz, like a Ritz cracker. So he’s a racist cracker from the Ritz who’s about to lose to the first African-American woman president in US history, and it’s driving him crazy.

So he will go down in history as a two-time presidential loser. It will go down in history worse than Herbert Hoovernot? He lost the House and the Senate and the presidency in 2020. He’s about to be timed again. And you know this because — you’re a good journalist — in the halls of the Senate, Republican senators are terrified. They look at their numbers versus his numbers and say, “Gosh, if only we had somebody like (Gov. Virginia). Glenn Youngkin) at the top of the ticket or Ambassador (Nikki Haley), or (Governor of Florida. Ron DeSantis), someone like that, we’d have a better fighting chance.

But he’s imploding right now. And all the destructive impulses, all the racist dog whistles, all the clues come out of his personality.

And Don, it’s at a time when the American electorate has changed dramatically. Briefly about these statistics – 20 million people, 20 million baby boomers have died since the 2016 election, 40 million Gen Zers entered the voting rolls at the same time. And so the mix of who is talking to has changed.

So you want to call a woman who is a district attorney, an attorney general in the largest state in the union, a senator from that state, literally the sixth largest economy in the world, and now the vice president of the United States – you want to call her stupid ? Do you mean “giggling”? Keep doing that and you’ll have women lining up all over the country. They will wait 15 hours online, no water bottles required, to vote for him as far as they can from the Oval Office.
