Diddy accuser’s lawyer says ‘high-profile’ person seen with mogul in porn video

A lawyer for a new accuser of Sean “Diddy” Combs claims she was contacted about “selling one of Diddy’s tapes,” specifically a pornographic video featuring the hip-hop mogul, who was indicted last week on federal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. , and someone “higher profile” than the Bad Boy rapper and founder.

“There have already been leaks of tapes around Hollywood that have been shopped, … but a certain person contacted me to buy a certain video that I have and to contact the person who was in the video to see if they were interested to buy the video. before it became public knowledge,” Ariel Mitchell-Kidd told NewsNation on Friday Banfield. “I realize the video was pornographic in nature. … This was in his home in Atlanta and apparently the person is not watching the video. To me, it doesn’t look like that person knows they’re being filmed.”

Mitchell-Kidd also said she was contacted a few weeks ago by a new client who claims Combs raped her in 2018 and filed a police report at that time.

“She called me and told me about her attack and her escape,” Mitchell-Kidd said. “He was at a friend’s house who had connections in the industry, and Diddy decided to come over.”

Mitchell-Kidd claims her client learned Combs was planning to sex traffic her when she arrived.

“He had her served a drink. She started to feel dizzy. Combs sexually assaulted her with an inanimate object,” Mitchell-Kidd said. “And then he instructed another gentleman to sexually assault her while he watched and enjoyed.”

Mitchell-Kidd said her client was able to escape by running into the street, which was witnessed by a neighbor.

The charges come as Combs remains behind bars awaiting trial after being indicted earlier this month on three counts of running a vast criminal enterprise in which he preyed on and trafficked women with the help of his drug empire. business since at least 2008. He was accused of engaging in a “pervasive pattern of abuse” that involved coercing women into highly orchestrated sexual encounters with male sex workers who were allegedly transported across state lines and across international. He was denied bail after pleading not guilty to the charges, amid fears he might flee the country.

Combs was hit with yet another lawsuit last week, at least the 10th brought against the rapper, after Cassie Ventura sued him in November 2023 in a lawsuit that sparked a federal sex-trafficking and racketeering investigation.

This time, Combs was sued in federal court in New York for allegedly drugging and raping a woman in 2001. The accuser claimed she was sexually assaulted by Combs and his bodyguard.

It was also reported last week that Combs is being held in the same unit of the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn as Sam Bankman-Fried, the crypto mogul convicted of fraud.

After Diddy was arrested on September 16, his attorney, Marc Agnifilo, issued the following statement: “We are disappointed in the decision to pursue what we believe to be an unfair prosecution of Mr. Combs by the US Attorney’s Office. Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man and proven philanthropist who has spent the past 30 years building an empire, doting on his children and working to uplift the community Black. He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal. To his credit, Mr. Combs has not cooperated with this investigation and voluntarily moved to New York last week pending these charges. Please reserve judgment until you have all the facts. These are the papers of an innocent man who has nothing to hide and looks forward to clearing his name in court.”

Agnifilo has not responded yet The Hollywood ReporterHis request for comment on Mitchell-Kidd’s claims about the video and the new accuser.
